Excellent Signs

#N30 Around pole to heel 

​

The handler sends the dog around the pole and while they turn 90 degrees to the left the dog does a 270 around the pole and returns to the handlers left/heel side.

Note that there is a 1m handler restriction line for this sign. The handler must not go over this line.

#N31 Around pole to side - used in Handy dog

​

Handler sends dog around pole. Dog performs a 270 right turn around the pole while the handler executes a 90 left turn. Dog changes to the handlers right side. This station results in a change of side

#N24 Double go round 

​

 Handler sends the dog in a figure of 8 around two poles or similar obstacles (at least 900mm high) placed 2-3m apart. The dog is first sent around the right pole, then the left. An exclusion zone of 1m may also be added.

Open completion of this sign the team will usually continue forward. This sign may be married to another sign as shown in the first video where it is married to a Call Front and Finish sign. This station may result in a change of side and/or change of direction.
